The menu of the Juliana Restaurant will change every 5 months and the suggestions of the day will always be according to the firm will of the chef and made with fresh seasonal products. For vegetarians, vegans, allergic to one or the other product, the chef even pushes the visit to the dining room to inquire about specific requests and preferences.
The desserts are also prepared by Rosa. For the Café Gourmand and the Café Plaisirs, the notorious Pierre Marcolini, ranked Best Pastry Chef in the World 2021 (World Pastry Stars 2020), was entrusted with the responsibility of the mignardises.
