In Fisco at Juliana the singular decorative elements intertwine: a ceiling inspired by a certain neo-Egyptian form of Art Deco signed Wall&Déco, a fresco imagined by Serge Lefox, a giant clock like the famous clock from the Fritz Lang’s film Métropolis or even a mirror by Philippe Starck.

The Menu
A signature cuisine inspired by Italy, flavors from here and elsewhere that are systematically seasonal and from the market. This perfectly describes the culinary identity and talents of Rosa Caldarola, young chef of only 27 years.
The menu of the Juliana Restaurant will change every 5 months and the suggestions of the day will always be according to the firm will of the chef and made with fresh seasonal products. For vegetarians, vegans, allergic to one or the other product, the chef even pushes the visit to the dining room to inquire about specific requests and preferences.
The desserts are also prepared by Rosa. For the Café Gourmand and the Café Plaisirs, the notorious Pierre Marcolini, ranked Best Pastry Chef in the World 2021 (World Pastry Stars 2020), was entrusted with the responsibility of the mignardises.

Relaxation in the lounge and bar
The lounges, bar and less formal terraces accommodate light cuisine or an aperitif. The bar - what a setting! A sculpture of Theseus and the Minotaur decorates the bar blending a gold-orange ambience with copper bronze, for the oriental stylewall and ceiling decoration. This stunning mural art is from Kelvin and Philippe Lavergne. Champagne and delicious cocktails will embellish the place even more...
